A number of international figures have expressed their plans to attend the upcoming wedding of Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, scheduled for June 1.

United States’ first lady, Jill Biden, is set to attend the wedding representing President Joe Biden at the ceremony. Following the wedding, Mrs. Biden will embark on visits and meetings in East African countries and Portugal as part of her official engagements.

Since Biden assumed the presidency, he met with King Abdullah II on multiple occasions, including two meetings at the White House and one in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The upcoming wedding celebration further strengthens the bond between Biden and the Jordanian royal family.

In addition to the US delegation, other distinguished guests will attend the royal wedding.

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands, accompanied by their heir Princess Catharina-Amalia, will be present at the wedding ceremony.

Princess Victoria, the future queen of Sweden, and her husband Prince Daniel are also set to attend.

Princess Hisako of Takamado from Japan, along with her eldest daughter Princess Tsuguko, will join the esteemed guests in celebrating the royal wedding.

The event will bring together dignitaries from around the world to celebrate the union of Crown Prince Al Hussein and Miss Rajwa Al Saif.
